Online Consultation
If appropriate, you’ll be booked in for a confidential video or phone consultation to discuss your condition, treatment history, and whether cannabis-based medicinal products may help.
Prescribing Decision
Your doctor makes an individual clinical decision. A prescription is issued only where it’s judged appropriate — there is no guaranteed outcome before assessment.
Dispensing Through a Licensed Pharmacy
Approved prescriptions are sent electronically to our partner licensed UK pharmacy, which dispenses and delivers your medication in discreet packaging.
Ongoing Clinical Support
Your specialist doctor remains available for follow-up reviews, dose adjustments, and repeat prescriptions where clinically appropriate.
