Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when refunds and returns apply to consultation fees and dispensed medication. Because we provide healthcare services and prescription medicines, our policy differs from a typical retail returns process, in line with UK pharmacy and medicines safety regulations.

1. Consultation Fee Refunds

Consultation fees are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers the clinical time and assessment provided by the specialist doctor — regardless of whether a prescription is issued. 2. Medication Returns

Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold under UK pharmacy regulations, even if unopened. This is a legal safety requirement, not a policy choice — pharmacies cannot guarantee how medication has been stored once it has left their control, so returned medicines cannot be redispensed to another patient.

If you no longer wish to continue treatment, please contact your prescribing doctor to discuss safely stopping or adjusting your medication. Do not dispose of unused medicines in household waste — most community pharmacies accept unused medication for safe disposal free of charge.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong medication or dosage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or resolution directly with the dispensing pharmacy at no additional cost to you. Please do not use medication you believe has been damaged in transit or dispensed incorrectly — contact us first.

4. Adverse Reactions or Safety Concerns

If you experience side effects or an adverse reaction to prescribed medication:

Stop taking the medication and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe;
Contact your prescribing doctor as soon as possible to discuss your symptoms; and
Report the reaction to the MHRA’s Yellow Card Scheme, which monitors medicine safety across the UK.

In a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a consultation fee refund or report a delivery issue, email us with your name, order or booking reference, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.
