These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MedCannabis Cure UK website and services, provided by MedCannabis Cure UK (Company Registration No. 13383526, GPhC Premises Registration No. 9013239). By using our website or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

MedCannabis Cure UK connects patients with independent specialist doctors for the assessment and, where clinically appropriate, prescribing of cannabis-based medicinal products, dispensed through licensed UK pharmacies. We are a clinic and information service — we do not sell cannabis products directly.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom;
• Provide accurate and complete information during your consultation request; and
• Have a genuine medical condition that you are seeking clinical assessment for.

3. Nature of Our Service

We facilitate access to independent specialist doctors on the GMC Specialist Register. Clinical decisions, including whether to proceed with a consultation and whether to prescribe, are made solely by the assessing doctor, exercising independent clinical judgement. MedCannabis Cure UK does not influence or override individual prescribing decisions.

5. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are as set out on our Pricing page and are payable in advance of your consultation. Medication costs are separate, determined by the dispensing pharmacy, and will be confirmed to you before any medication is dispensed or charged.

6. Dispensing and Delivery

Where a prescription is issued, it will be sent electronically to a licensed UK pharmacy for dispensing. MedCannabis Cure UK does not hold, sell, or ship cannabis-based medicinal products directly. Delivery is arranged by the dispensing pharmacy to addresses within the United Kingdom.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your medical history;
• Use any prescribed medication only as directed by your prescribing doctor;
• Not share, sell, or transfer prescribed medication to any other person; and
• Inform us and your doctor of any change in your health or medication that may affect your treatment.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund of the consultation fee. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, as they cover the clinical time and assessment provided, regardless of the prescribing outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedCannabis Cure UK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the MEDCANN® and MEDCANN Pharmacy™ trade marks, is owned by or licensed to Medcann Pharma Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
